One of the best decisions our family has ever made was enlisting the help of Berenice to find a suitable aged care facility for my father. She was very compassionate and patient with our many questions and her wealth of experience made the difficult task of trying to navigate the aged care system so much less stressful for all of us. Berenice found a lovely placement for my father and he has just moved in this week. Whilst it is early days, we are feeling very relieved that he is now in a safe and caring environment, so close to home. Thank you so much, Berenice! We cannot imagine how we could have done this without your invaluable help!

Berenice has been such a helpful, capable, and caring person to assist us with finding the best place for our Father to relocate into a Nursing Home. Dad is safe and in such good hands which is a relief to us as a family. Berenice was very quick to give us the advice we needed and really listened to what is important to Dad. It saved us a lot of time and energy to be given a short list of suggested places. We also appreciated the quality of extra contacts needed to assist us with finances etc. Berenice has also followed up with us to see how everything is going for Dad. How do you choose an Aged Care facility? Cost and location are important but so is knowing the care and culture of the place. We wanted to make a quick and informed decision. Berenice provided us with the invaluable information and confidence to make a decision that we have not regretted.
