We ordered a fridge from a supplier in Brisbane that used Followmont Transport as their courier. It only took 2 days for the fridge to get from Brisbane to Innisfail which is 1600km in distance which is a great result. As we are only 60km from Innisfail, you would have thought we would have got it the next day. But No, not the next day, or the day after that or even the week after that.nIt was only after 2 weeks when we made inquiries to the supplier about where the fridge was that we discovered that it had been sitting in their Innisfail depot all the time. The fact that if we had known they had the fridge, we could have picked it from the depot as we passed it twice in the week they had it. And even after, they finally delivered it 2 weeks late, no word or apology from them.nFollowmont might be a passionate family business but not about transport and delivery. Maybe they have another business they are passionate about and actually good at
