Soft and saggy bed made for poor sleep and very painful morning. Air conditioner was so loud we had difficulty hearing the tv and we had to turn it off to sleep. Bathroom was clean but tired. Armchair was broken and we had cockroaches coming up the drain in the bathroom. Never go there again
I was recently in town for a reunion and stayed with my family members at at Berkeley which I found to be comfortable and clean. The staff are great and are very accommodating. We had family come in late from the airport and it was close to the bistro closing time. The Berkeley were kind enough to allow us to order and hold meals for them to make sure everyone ate after such a big day. Great steak and service in the Bar and Bistro. The rooms were kept well and very comfortable. Thank you! We will be back to see you soon.
Very nice always stay here
Expensive, booked 3 rooms at 160 per room. Their dog bit one of our kids, was lovely dog and the kid was more scared than hurt but the manager completely dismissed our comment.. There was cockroaches in the rooms. A bad smell in 2 of the rooms. One of the bathrooms was filthy. There was no knobs on the air con to adjust. We would have taken it all in our stride but the final straw was being told to quiet the kids down that were playing in the yard at 7:30pm at Easter time
