As a building inspector, I inspect many properties and appreciate quality workmanship. I have done many handover inspections and have seen some shockers. I have done 3 handover defects inspections of homes built by Suncity Homes and I would rate them as one of the best. High quality workmanship, attention to detail and pride of end result are obvious in the Suncity homes I have inspected. They make my job easy.

This is our second custom build and after seeing a few builders, we chose Sun City from recommendations and initial informative sales meetings.nTheir customer and block specific approach appealed to us and the quality of the home is testament to the attention to detail throughout the build.nHouse building is a big commitment with potential pitfalls along the way, however any obstacles we came across were efficiently and mutually resolved.nWe love our modern new home, totally worth the effort and we would certainly be giving Sun City a call for our next one!
