I’ve been at Sista Fit for many years and have never been to a better gym. All staff are friendly, it’s price is no more than other gyms and it’s so modern, clean and has so much great equipment. Love the new premises too.
It’s a lovely gym, the staff are always amazing and will always stop to help you with a discussion and demonstration if need. It is defiantly a lot more busy then the last gym but you just need to find the right time to go. Only one thing I would like to see is some mirrors near the squat rack as trying to perfect the technique is hard when you are alone. Can’t wait for all the new machine to arrive as it’s what I want to help my
Progress
What lovely new facilities and so spacious, especially the yoga and pilates rooms. The change rooms are lovely and the reception area is welcoming. I look forward to seeing Sista candles on the shelves and, hopefully, the beautician services at some point in the future. Congratulations, well done and good luck. PS: Your staff are amazing and I've not once experienced anything other than excellent and professional service from any of them.
I've been coming to Sista Fitness for years, and I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of a women's only gym. I love seeing women of all ages, sizes and ethnicities feel comfortable working out at their own pace. I find the front office staff warm and helpful, and the personal trainers are skilled and careful with their clients.
Great to have a high quality, fully functional, professional gym available to women only. Staff are fabulous and I actually enjoy going to the gym.... who would have thought it!
