Hungry Jack's Burgers Grafton

Dry, stale buns and dehydrated meat. These burgers were up there with the worst I have ever come across in Australia. Sugar sweet food and totally horrible. I did myself a favour and threw my order into the rubbish bin. Never again.

The bacon deluxe is still probably the best product here. I love a good grilled chicken burger , but since they changed the recipe it is very ordinary.

Terrible customer service. Had to repeat order multiple times then got ignored for 5 minutes after receiving order for them to open the window and answer simple enquiry. Has put me off HJs.

I do like the product..some staff are ruining patronage by not being able to simply give what people ask for. Please fix......not fixed..waited 15mins plus in drive through and still didnt get what i asked for..never go there again..thats it..no mayo no pickles means just that..incorrect meals served numerous times why hasnt the owner done something about this?

Went to hungry jacks and ordered some food. The lady at the counter (drive thru) kept asking repeatedly what was our order (she's Australian but seems like she didn't understand english or maybe she needed a hearing aid). The peri-peri wrap we ordered was soggy, only 1 tender strip and so cold!!! It looks like they just put everything on the wrap and that's it, didn't even bother to wrap it properly! Definitely not going to HJ Grafton again!
