There is a good vibe in the store. Jade and James, the 2 sales assistants who dealt with my somewhat complicated purchase, have a can do attitude. They are also friendly and knowledgeable.

I just tried to buy two items on sale but when I got to the register was told they are going through a “price adjustment “ and this item is now full price again!!! (Double the ticketed sale price). When I suggested that they can’t really do that - they said they could!! BUT if I joined their club - I can still get it for the sale price. I declined their offer. I didn’t ask about the other item. I doubt I’ll be back.

Well.... i asked nicely for a refund on my sandles broke around the same old fail spot, around the heel tie.. . but this head office management thinks it's wear and tear. I say it's a manufacturing warranty...pretty sure after 50 years of all sorts of shoes that I might know what's right and wrong.nI'm sure Columbia sandles would be happy not to pass on the issue to them, but it stopped at this megastore... so I wouldn't suggest either brand... good luck. I'm done with them.

We were served by Oliver today and received the best sales service I've seen since shopping in the states where people get paid based on how much they can get you to buy. He was absolutely lovely and went out of his way to help us find what we needed.
