Pathetic place stand around half the day waiting for a teacher. There equipment is all broken not that it matters because you will hardly use it. The computer system constantly crashes , there information half the time is out of order and are just old pdf and you tube videos. You can get more info off google. They make you do double work so they can try and prove to the government that they are teaching people. It will be the most painful experience in your schooling life.

If I could give 0 I would. Very bad experience from one of the head teachers. Very unprofessional and received no support from day 1 whatsoever.nnAfter Covid 19 lock down, stated that I was in a bad position and that I should be withdrawn. During Covid 19, practical classes could not be done, so I don't understand why they would not extend our practical classes so we can have more time to sit the practical classes but instead, they just said I should withdraw the course. We need more better teachers that this Kangan!nnIf you want to obtain a industry license, I recommend not wasting your time at Kangan. Go elsewhere.

I started looking into a community services diploma at Kangan (Broadmeadows) at the end of 2019. I was super excited as it was what I’ve been wanting to do and super close to where I live. I did all the testing, the information session and everything else I needed to do the only thing left for me to do was pay. The people in charge of this course then decided I wasn’t able to do partake in it after making up three different excuses. I kept on top of emailing them and eventually they ended up ignoring my emails. Definitely do not recommend studying here. If this was only during the process of enrolling I can’t imagine actually being apart of a course. I am very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere.
