This is by far the most authentic mortadella outside of Italia.nAlso, the free range salami is to die for, BUT, BUT, (and there isnalways a but), the free range ham, TOO SALTY, man, it is saltynand too wet and for the price per kilo it was a major disappointment (or what I purchased was). We will always try and purchase free range whennavailable (hopefully to help the pigs}, but once again, may have tonreview the amount of SALT in the free range ham.nCiao and thanks for the opportunity to comment on yournbeautiful range of smallgoods.nP.S.
