I had the Asian man working here today and he was absolutely brilliant!! Extremely professional, patient and polite. He has to be the most helpful employee here. A fantastic experience, please give this gentleman a raise.

Couldn't get my Medicare claim processed due to fears of Covid even though our city has no community transmission. I don't want to download your app. The paranoia was real and yet no one was wearing a mask. I should be able to walk in, fill out a form and file it.

Went there expecting to wait for an hour or so. Took only 15 mins. Both reception and assistance lady were very polite and helpful. I think half the experience is for you to know what you want and to have what is needed. very helpful staff.

Way better customer service than Mirrabooka.
