The staff and lady that served my mum today was lovely! Was very fast and efficient. Very impressed :)
Went there to update my son's study situation, checked in by front desk, waited for 1 and 1/2 hour and still no call. So I went to front desk again asking why taking so long , the woman then checked the system and could not find my name, so I wasn't on the system, she said. ??? Also, the staffs there have no knowledge, you have to do your own research before you come and tell themnwhat you're eligible for and how to claim it. What a bunch of hopeless public servants.
I went to morley center to submit papers. And that was 3:40 the front desk rude lady said that it’s too late now come back Monday morning? Assuming I have nothing to do Monday mornings or I’m jobless just sitting at home. Drove straight to mirrabooka Centrelink, arrived at 4:00 an in less than 10 mints a very helpful aboriginal lady helped me and I was able to submit my papers.
There's this guy by the name of Derek who works there. He is very rude and doesn't listen to what you say and he judges you. My english is not very good and so i ask him for an interpreter at my next appointment and he said that he would get one for me but when i arrived at the appointment I asked the person that was interviewing me about where is the interpreter that i requested for and she said that no body requested for one. If you ever encounter this person please just ask for a different person. It would just save you time and you won't be judged.
I Used to go there some years ago. There were nice and helpful people, then...When I came back, I found bullies that made fun of my finances and refused to review the figures. Now, after two years I am still struggling to object their errors. I should hire a lawyer to solve these + bullying ! I doubt they have a manager !
