I have been doing 'Click and Collect' and it's always easy to park in the allocated spots. Dion who brings the shopping to my car is very friendly and helpful. Good range of products. I then park in a car park in order to go to other shops. It's a great shopping centre and not too big.

Great staff and good shopping. They are ALWAYS willing to help the elderly and people like me with disabilities. They are ALWAYS polite and I haven't one member of staff that isn't helpful. The young and not so young staff are helpful etc. Shoppers are for the most, willing to help others and I believe some of that is because of the attitude of the staff. Thankyou

Yesterday paid lITunes card as always in the same store. Never had a problem. Yesterday paid new card, as always staff member activate a card after payment. Back home try to use card and get message from ITunes, Card not activated. Back to store today with receipt and a card to get card activation or replacement and face manager who refused even to try to activate a card.

Excellent service shelves not fully stocked perhaps this needs to be looked at to help customers
