Love this place! Fantastic trainers and everyone down there feels like a family. Also a brilliant range of exercises and a really fun way to get your fit on.
Age or fitness ability not an issue here. If your breathing, F45 is for you.
Highly recommend F45, to all who want to see serious results and body transformation within an awesome authentic socially engaging community.
Melissa and her trainers run a very effective well organised operation. What I love about this F45 gym is that after a busy day I don't have to get analytical about what I am going to and how to plan my exercise, all you have to do is show up and go hard and everyone else is in the same boat, your all sweating together as a team. It is super functional, the combination of exercises are calculated and effective.
Melissa and Troy are very helpful and encouraging and will be there for you every step of the way.
Are you an early bird? these guys are too, at 6am they are as sharp and a fresh expresso.
