I will never use ColourUp Uniforms again.nnAt the time I placed my order I informed them of the date I needed the 6 x fishing shirts for, this was over 4 weeks away for a Fishing Tournament.nI then called a week before the tournament to ensure the shirts would be ready in time, I was told the were “aiming” to have them finished and sent the following week. I expressed my concerns as the tournament was the following week but was told it should be fine and they would hopefully arrive in time. No one I spoke to seemed overly worried about the possibility I wouldn’t receive the shirts by the deadline.nIf I was offered an express service for an extra fee I would have been more than happy to pay that to eliminate the extra stress.nAlthough I called daily for updates in that final week it wasn’t until the day before the tournament I was told they still hadn’t been sent from where they were manufactured at an “offshore” location- I later found out was India.nIf I had have been given more notice I could have made alternative arrangements for replacement shirts.nColourup Uniforms not only let myself and my team down for this tournament but also our sponsors.nI asked multiple times for the manager to return my calls to discuss this but he never did, I just received an email with the tracking number from him and it was at that point I realised they were not going to arrive in time as they were not even in Australia yet.nThe shirts arrived the week after the tournament had already finished.nnExtremely disappointing and I regret ordering through ColourUp Uniforms!

Highly Recommend!!nHad some fishing shirts made up for and upcoming fishing trip. The tool was great to get exactly what we wanted, the team at colourup were great, promptly responded to all emails, and we so easy to deal with, Dean was a massive help all the way through. the shirts arrived quickly and the quality was great.nDefinitely get around this mob, they're doing some great work, i will definitely be going back for next years fishing trip!
