Baby Bunting

We purchased a baby car seat today and received terrific service from Effie. Not only was she very knowledgeable, she took the time to explain everything, and was super friendly as well. Very happy customer!

Great range of products, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable but often hard to pin down!

Staff were very helpful and accommodating, was lucky enough to have the Britax rep in store on the day who helped with car seats but even the other staff were very attentive and answered any questions we had about other products (if they weren't sure they would ask someone who did). Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the managers attitude, seems like she needs a bit of a reality check when dealing with customers and also on store policies.

I will never spend a cent at baby bunting again! The manager Angela from the thomastown store is an absolute disgrace and don't know how she was assigned as a Manager. Poor, very poor customer service skills. I'm pregnant and attended the store where i was supposed to spend almost 5k to buy all the necessities for my baby with my sister. Entered the store with my mask on and was greeted by a much more lovely lady. The lady asked my sister why she wasnt wearing a mask and my sister told her she had a medical condition and asked if she wanted to see her report from her doctor but the lady said that was ok and let us in. 10 mins into being in the store Angela approached us very rudely with her high pitched voice and aggressive tone and told us to get out of the store. We told her we had a doctors certificate that explained why my sister wasn't wearing a mask and we were happy to show her, she said good for your doctor im happy for you our store policy doesnt allow for you to be in here without a mask now get out. Disgrace! She walked onto us not obeying the social distancing rules at all and was abusive in the way she spoke. I called the police as i am pregnant and did not feel safe with her behaviour. Police came and advised us that we did not need a mask as long as we had a lawful reason. We called baby bunting head office and they also told us it was fine as long as we had a lawful reason! Baby bunting has lost a customer for a life time because of Angela's disgraceful behaviour!
