Brilliant. Customer service and delivery time was outstanding. Within 24hrs of placing the order, it was received at my door step. Unfortunately a part was missing and with 24hrs an entire new item was delivered. Can not fault this company and will definitely be my go to website for now on.
Using there products ( nappies & wipes) and my baby end up with horrible nappy rash with ulcers which take 2 weeks already but still haven’t healed. Contact them to let them know and wonder if how they stock their products might cause chemical reaction in their products , but basically they told me send their products to lab test and prove my point. Well I have a newborn in my hand to take care and deal with the nappy rash issue , I don’t have time , energy , emotional to deal with a business like them ud83dudc4e.
