This store used to be good and we used order a lot from there but looks like we will not order from there again. It's happened more than once that we are handed over the wrong order and no matter how many times I tell them for light sauce, they load my Pizza with sauce, as if all the customer requests go over their head. Tonight ordered a spicy veg trio but got beef and bacon bits on it and the pizza tasted much below average than their regular pizzas. It's a complete money waste and dinner goes in the bin every time we order from there these days .nWouldn't even have given one star if that option was available.

I’m a regular customer so I know staff always see my name and recognise it when I order, but tonight, one of the girls who makes the pizza at the back whispered to her coworker saying look who’s here and then that co-worker turned her head and looked directly at me so I knew they were talking about me. As someone who regularly buys here and spends my money here, I feel embarrassed now to even order there again and I can say now I will no longer order here. No one should be laughed at for the food they choose to buy.

Ordered over an hour ago and the pizza still hasn’t even reached the cooking stage. Tried calling, can’t get through or get put on hold for 10 minutes. Seriously ridiculous. Don’t take orders if you’ve reached capacity and can’t keep up. Will not order from here again.

Nightmare! Never again. Poor girl doing deliveries - she will have an awful night with Dopey guy taking orders. Didn’t get anything like what we ordered. Wanted 2 serves of cheesy garlic bread and a large thin and crispy ham and pineapple - got ham no pineapple pizza and 2 extra large cheese only pizzas! Waste of money!
