Horrible customer service. Bought shoes and got informed one week later that they are not in stock and that I will be receiving a refund so I checked back on the site and it still says in stock. Worse experience ever, bad customer service. Will not be shopping with these guys ever again and do not recommend you waste your time with them
Great service. The chap I dealt with at colonnades foot locker was very knowledgeable, polite and enthusiastic about looking after exactly what I wanted. I didn't feel rushed or pressed for a sale. Pity I don't remember his name. Definitely recommend.
