Lots of great costumes,a bit pricey but they have pretty much everything you could want !!!

Good variety of products, and we bought a lot of things there but Customer Dervice is a very rare thing there apparently

May, 19, 2019, at around 2:30 I went to costume land.nThe costume selection was great. Sizing was limited but the stock and store layout was good.nBUT, having said that.nI don’t know the name of the store person who served us, both at the register, and helped in the changing room. But her customer service was atrocious. We were trying to have fun And be happy about the event and she did not smile once. Barely said two words to us. Not even when we said “goodbye have a good day” did she even respond.nIt isn’t hard to slap a smile on and even fake it. I honestly won’t be coming back for that reason alone. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I know first hand even on your worst days you can still treat customers who are spending good amounts of money with respect.nI don’t want to come across as nasty and I don’t normally do reviews. But I was so disgusted I felt obligated to let management know.

So many costumes to choose from and the lady that served me was very helpful and friendly :)
