A great range of beautiful items for sale, a wonderful shopping experience with helpful and friendly sales people.

Would have spent over $200 today in this store, but the lack of customer service put me off!nNo greeting what so ever, instead the two staff members were too busy talking amongst themselves to even acknowledge we were there.nFor a small business, this should be their main number one priority!

Never leave empty handed!.. always a range of beautiful and unique dresses that you'd otherwise need to buy online directly from the labels with a long wait in shipping now due to Covid. Prue is always so helpful and friendly.. my personal experience has always been the same and love that we have this boutique shop in Porties... no trekking to town for a last minute outfit.

Really pretty clothes! but inalways feel like I'm walking into someone's house uninvited when I walk into the store. Customer service is non existent and owner seems irritated if u ask her a question.
