Fantastic customer service and product knowledge. Dave recently tiled our home floors and we couldn't be happier with it. Their showroom is huge with everything you need for a bathroom renovation. We will be going back to get our bathroom products from here in the future!. Highly recommended!

Customer service is ok, don't order if they don't have it though, then communication breaks down and you'll be waiting with excuses. Tiles are good quality although we bought Italian so I'd expect that anyway.
