Over 18 yrs I have relied on the OK store for having those odd little ingredients for authentic meals. Staff are always polite and helpful when treated with respect.nLanguage barrier can be an issue and personally I enjoy that. Bring your own bag or two. And know what you are coming in for.nI love this store and would like to see it stay the way it is, some things need never change.

Place is very messy (pork and fish side by side) and overwhelming. Fun part is finding parking and have to pay for parking during weekdays. You really have to look hard as the item can be in two different fridges in one end and the other end. One thing that I am very disappointed is the customer service. I know you have alot of customers but that doesn't mean you can raise your voice as you please and then be nice to someone else.

I think the management has failed in one important aspect... having knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. I find the majority of staff there rude, impatient and having limited knowledge of the products in the store.

Got most of what we needed, some more Vietnamese options would be good along with some better fresh Asian herbs too.

The shop has a wide variety of South East Asian foods and ingredients that I found very useful, I could find mostly everything find in Malaysia for that I really liked it. have your typical selection of Asian cooking equipment like steamers, strainers, teapot, kuali (wok) as well as some herbs.
