Helpful staff. Store is the same as other woollies. Hot chickens and brisket are great for a quick meal and backers is a bit better than other woollies bakeries.
Considering I’d left it till Christmas Eve to shop, it was pleasantly not as busy as I thought. Yes there were people everywhere but it was easy to get around and shops were bearable. Friendly staff, clean amenities etc.
Online ordering and click & collect, or delivery is very efficient. They nearly always have everything in stock.
Overall this is a fairly good Woolworths with around 90% of the staff being helpful, courteous and friendly. During the busy times they try to keep the registers flowing but if there is staff shortages then it can take a while but that's to be expected.nnIf you are a fan of the crusty bread rolls from the bakery then you have to get in early especially on a Saturday as they sell out very quickly.
Very Blessed to have received great customer service from Eve in bakery, and Harold on checkout, it was nice to have a free flowing chat, good to see professional conduct.nThanks again for you support, have a great day.
