I was very impressed with the assistant of Joy through the passing of our very young friend. She handled everything from the first call to the end in a very personal manner. My mother's funeral 27/7/20 was handled beautifully.simple elegant and really a pleasant experience even for the grand kids that had never attended a service..The settings were beautiful and casket flowers were so lovely.A small family business makes all the difference to a service and you guys did a beautiful job.Thank you ever so much

In direct response to the review posted by cg I would like to state that this was my fathers funeral on the 6th December 2019 and the experience we had with Joy and her team could not have been further from the posted review. Joy was a tremendous support to myself and my mother as we planned the funeral and on the day. Her warmth and compassion literally made it possible for my mother to make it through the hardest day of her life. All of our wishes for our loved ones service were followed to the letter and allowed us to celebrate his life in the way he had requested before he passed. I have previously used Joy for my daughters service and found her to be nothing but caring, compassionate, engaged and supportive throughout the difficult process. I would not hesitate to recommend Reflections of Life to anyone who is looking for a family owned and operated, personal funeral director that actually cares about people.

Although my darling son Morgan passed in August 2018, I would like to sincerely thank the lovely ladies for their love and compassion shown to us on the day.
