Unhelpful when trying to return items, although it states on the website go to your nearest store, the lady quickly told me she was a full price store and doesn't hold sale items didn't offer to help or provide much information on what to do. Poor customer service and has given me a bad view of the store that I usually love. Why buy online if the shops are unable to support returns.
Wow. The quality and variety is endless. Love the atmosphere.nIt is a small boutique.nStaff are busy... but oh so helpful. Always great at recommending something unsual to try. Love the style contributions.
Oh I wish I knew the name of the lovely assistant who helped me! I only went in to buy a top or two and came out with a huge haul. Suggesting things I normally wouldn’t try and I left with a huge haul. Thank you!!!!!!
I bought a pair of pants to try on at home with a particular set of tops on a Thursday evening, returning the pants on Saturday as I couldn't even get my foot through the hole :(... ! The ladies wouldn't refund me even though the gigantic tag was still intact, pants unworn as I couldnt even get my foot! I've also noticed the inside seam is unfinished in one spot and will eventually turn into a hole, IF I could get the pants on in the first place. I'm now forced to shop with an inflexible, unreasonable brand. Do not shop with this brand if you think they are flexible like other brands, and make sure you definately try everything on in the store and double check all seems.
