KTR Creations have been wonderful to deal with, from the first phone call through every visit and right up to installation of a new vanity and office desk and cupboards. Richard talked me through every aspect and was professional from start to finish. He did what he said he's do and advised me on colours and has an incredible eye for detail and design. His knowledge of materials is wonderful, he is honest and down to earth. I cannot promote this company enough and have already given their number to many of my friends. I would not go anywhere else. The customer service and attention to detail is flawless. Thanks for making it easy for me and coming through with everything I wanted. My vanity is just how I imagined it and the office is a dream come true.

When we subdivided our east/west facing block in Mosman Park, we decided to keep the south side block which meant less northern sun for any proposed residence. We were referred to KTR Creations by our builder, RUDevelopments and our brief to Katie was simply to design a long, narrow terrace house capitalising on any opportunity to let in light, to have step out patios wherever possible and to avoid the long narrow hallway look which can often happen in a narrow terrace building.nKatie's plan is a masterpiece - so much light and space and a delightful hallway arrangement. One has no sense of long and narrow when inside. Katie worked cheerfully and patiently with us as we decided on details of our plan.nWhen it came time for designing cabinetry for our kitchen and bathrooms, Katie's guidance was such a bonus.nThe cabinetry, prepared by Richard, Katie's husband, is outstanding in design and finish. A tasteful and chic result, with impeccable attention to detail and no shortcuts taken. Richard is an outstanding craftsman.nWhat works so well for clients and for Katie and Richard, is that they are a team and can accommodate each other's vision and ideas.nWe totally recommend KTR Creations for your next home. We have been working with Katie for the past year to design our future home, which included major renovations and an extension to a heritage listed home in East Fremantle. Katie is extremely talented at what she does, and has created a home more beautiful than we could have imagined. Even more importantly, she has been extremely patient and gracious throughout the entire process. I would recommend Katie to anyone looking to build or renovate, and can't wait for our new home.
