This not a good place to stay - it is mostly owner occupier and long term lease tenants. If it is a short stay accommodation place you are looking for then this truly is not it. There are parking issues, the pool is only open between 9am to 7pm in the warm months. There are no shops close by, restaurants or anything like that. I know - I have lived here over 6 years. It is a great place to be living if you want a place close to Perth city, It is also possibly a wise investment choice. But for short term accommodation one can do better.
