train services are very slow seems like way behind and on weekend and sunday it chokes you literally. overpriced considering the service and safety they provide..staff seems to be happy with wages rather than providing good service.

Waiting time is too long

I am so perplexed how the Govt can grant new Yanchep contract and yet for last 12 months plus they cannot get the escalators working at all stations. A joke. TIME to get existing infrastructure rectified. This Govt screws everything up on cheap price.

How the hell are you allowing the Armadale train and Thornlie train to also be the transport to the stadium? I thought you had a special train for this purpose. Thanks to the amazing planning once again of PTA I've had to watch two full trains bond for armadale leave the station. Ultimately missing any decent connections from Armadale to Byford.nnThis accompanied with the amount of line failures on the Armadale line over the past few months and constant replacement busses equates to nothing short of a joke service. One of the many flaws of public owned transport. Praying for privatised services and maybe a bit of competition. As this current service and system will never be able to keep up with demand.
