No staff upon entry, doctor was late and then he was absent minded and had his wife on the phone during our consultation. So much for privacy. He wasn't listening to me as I was trying to explain my complicated medical history. Hygiene and medical precaution seemed optional.

I haven’t had a pleasant experience at this practice and will never come back. The GPs have always been very rude and the staff are too.nWhen I went in for a headache and was told by the GP ‘i’m wearing glasses and my eye sight is better than yours. Go get your eyes tested.’ Awesome, you could’ve told me there’s an issue with my eye sight without the snarky comment.nWhen I call up to cancel my appointment I don’t get asked ‘would you like me to help you re-schedule’ or any customer service. Just get told they will cancel it, and hang up.nI know they’re busy. I know patients can be demanding. But there is no excuse for treating anyone poorly when you’re working in providing health services to the public.

I was due for my second dose of the AZ vaccine on the 17th of June.nWhen I spoke with the practice manager to ask why I wasn't notified,she gave me the most feeble excuse: they didn't have my record on file,strange considering that I'd had my first vaccine from the surgery. The practice manager was not only rude, but grossly incompetent.

We had a flu vaccination today at 4pm at Maylands medical center. The Nurse who did the vaccination was untrained and Unprofessional. After vaccination there was blood coming for my Kid for 5min.She was untrained. My son was crying out of pain for whole day.We never had this kind of issue till date.I hope medical center hires professional who are trainned nurses and knows how to handle kids and vaccinations. I am realy upset with the whole experience of the medical center.

My review is for the call center service. I have been calling them for 30 minutes regarding to my appointment, which I can't manage online, and nobody will answer the phone.
