My experience at Light Movement Yoga has been great! Having never done yoga before, Sam really takes the time to show you the correct techniques, whilst running the classes seamlessly, with beginners to experts attending. I couldn’t recommend Light Movement Yoga enough to anyone.

Sam is supportive and motivating - if you need assistance she will come and help so that you develop good technique. The classes have a great atmosphere. Love it! Will definitely recommend to friends!

I highly recommend Sam as a yoga teacher as she is very knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to the theory behind the movements but also has a great way of explaining it to her students, from beginner to seasoned yogi.nnHer classes are informative, fun and definitely get the muscles working. She has a way of making you feel welcome in the space from the moment you set foot into her class.nnGive Sam’s classes a go, when there are so many classes and teachers around - it is worth going to someone who takes the time to make you feel like your yoga journey is her yoga journey!
