Great gym, been going for a year now and it has the greatest staff of any gym I have been to. Liz the manager is great and is always happy, positive and always posting on Insta!nnGym has lots of smaller rooms so it never feels busy and has great equipment.nnConner the PT is a great bloke and an awesome trainer but don’t tell him, his head is big enough... kidding ud83dude1cnnGood price and great location ....next to the pub!

Super friendly staff, everything is set out really nicely and is easy to locate, cleaning supplies for the equipment are readily available and I’ve not once felt unwelcome.
