Wouldn't shop there again.nI bought an itallian coffee express set and it broke with in 2 weeks.nnThey come up with every excuse under the sun as to not giving me a refund.nThey wouldn't even replace it for me and continued to tell me it was my fault.n2 WEEKS I had it for.nnI never put negative reviews up but think it was ridiculous, the excuses that were thrown.nnI think if your buying an express coffee potnand your using it on an electric stove top..nIf they don't supply the metal thing that needs to be put between the coffee pot and stove (which I was told after) and don't warn people when purchasing that they are fully responsible for replacing what has been broken.nnI followed ALL instructions properly.nnI asked to speak directly to the maker of these and I was refused twicennClearly the shop is responsible and doesn't want to do right by their customers.nLessened learnt.nnThey won't be getting my buisness again and everyone will know about it.nnNot good enough sorry !!!.nnAs a reply to your reply.nI used it as per directions.nnYour very unclear on it being burnt out as I had an electric stove not gas.nThen was told I needed to put it on a same size oven plate..(which no electric stove is the size of a coffee espresso machine.)nThen got told I needed an extra thing to put between the coffee pot and plate (which was not included nor explained when purchasing).nI got a refund of my second one because I bought two and it hadn't been used (thank goodness that was a present).nnYou people are happy to take people's money but can't look after them if you fail to do your job properly yet sell the proper stuff when people purchase.nIt's pretty simple.nAs a business owner myself I understand and treat my clients/customers with respect.nI gave you two chances and you still talked your way out of it.nNot doing the right thing as a buisnowner by your customers expect a bad review.nnI was happy with the effort your staff member put in to follow up but yet still not happy with the end result.nnPeople are free to give a review and I've been fair and respectful in what I've said.
