Extremely rude staff and poor customer service.nI had gone to exchange a dress I had bought online which I had revived 2 days ago.i told th it doesn’t fit me well.They started smelling the dress as it has been worn and then kept going on and on about the belt .Poor service will never go back their again

Rude staff didn’t even say anything she just looked at me until I asked for my size. She was very rude and unhelpful. Bad customer service

I have never been so appalled with a place that I've needed to leave a review. But this experience with Liverpool Sheike definetly deserved it. My mother had gone into the store to refund a dress I purchased from another store the night before. The employee at the other store had forgotten to remove the security tag, which shouldn't be an issue since she had the receipt and the card I had paid with. When she walked into the Liverpool shop and asked for the refund, she was disrespected and spoken to as if she was a thief who had stolen the dress. The staff were incredibly rude and refused to return the dress for 'security and verification' reasons. When my mum had told them that the item had the receipt and she had the same card number, she also advised them that she was happy to wait while they called the original store and did what they needed to do. They refused, proceeded to be rude, were giving her looks and being downright disrespectful. Had they been apologetic and explained this was a store policy and they simply couldn't do it. Fair enough. Mind you, when I had contacted another store, they advised this was not a policy and they didn't understand why the Liverpool staff didn't assist. The owner of this store needs to reevaluate the staff and the Management. Because I am not the first or last customer to have dealt with the horrendous service from this store and your staff will put you out of business.

Nice clothes - one of the assistants was very helpful but the other one couldn't be bothered.

I was ignored, spoken down to in the rudest manner, she was disrespectful and and made accusations that were clearly false. Would never recommend, and never returning. Absolutely disgusting service. Id give a zero stars if possible.
