Good customer service . You can park your car just nearby street and they are free . My return was so easy and the process took only 5 min . I think because it is not in main city , so you can get advantage of less crowded . The road in front of car centre is very busy , so please be careful and take your time to go out from the centre . Anyway , recommend to others .

Very friendly staff, good service. The van I hired for moving furniture however smelled like cigarette and the dust from the aircon gave me allergies but I guess it's not their fault. End of the day it's good service for good price.

Excellent, friendly and helpful service. Knowledgeable staff onsite while I was there. Can't say I've experienced the same high level of service at other Thrifty car rental locations. Appreciate how swift and simply the process was - especially when you've just been in a car accident and have been stressed out for months. Thank you!

Not even worth one star. Booking done by NRMA and rang me saying there's no more car. Ask to contact NRMA. Why don't you contact and fix it? Typical double booking and lack of compliance.
