Novotel Swan Valley Vines Resort

Had a great time here. The one undeniable feature of this resort is its breathtaking beauty. All rooms have French windows that open to the patio (at ground level) and balcony ( at second level). Service is professional and efficient. Room and bed are exceptionally cosy. There's also an adjacent Golf course. The only flaw for some guests might be its remote location.For those who drive, a rental car service is highly recommended.

Stayed at the Vines Resort last night, which was lovely. We had a room and breakfast package (breakfast in room). Notwithstanding the lovely clean room and beautiful resort, the breakfast was a little cold and we had asked for the big breakfast, however ended up with bacon and eggs. This was ok, but would have been nice to have had some beans and tomato for variety. My partner had started eating whilst I was in the shower so it was too late to tell staff. When we checked out we let staff know of the mistake. Whilst I didn't expect anything, it would have been nice to get a small discount or acknowlent that it was their mistake.

Called for hotel reservation detail twice. The first lady hang up on me after said they’re fully booked, I haven’t even finished my sentence yet. So I called again straight away. The second one, Melanie is her name told me to check the availability online. I would not have to call if the website gave information that I needed in first place. Decided not to stay here for our anniversary. The worst service I had from my experience with Accor Group. I’m not a person who likes to write a review. I work on hospitality industry myself and I know how reviews impact businesses. But you should hire people who at least can provide good customer service in any circumstances.

Facilities could be better (WiFi for one). Staff weren't always helpful
