Always a pleasure shopping at PJ burwood. The staff have consistently been great and knowledge there over the years from Thomas all the way through to the current manager Mathew. Been in to the burwood store a handful of times since Mathew took over managing the store and he always provides exceptional service. Staff are always honest and you never feel like you’re being forced to buy something you don’t want. I always leave happy and satisfied with my purchases.

I have been to Peter Jackson in Birkenhead Point and have had the greatest service, bought a number of suits, shirts and ties. I went to burwood a few times as it's closer. I wore some very casual clothes and the elder male who works at the store didn't bother to help me, ask me if I needed help rather look me up and down with his judgemental eyes. I felt like I was profiled in my clothes and the sales assistant did not want to assist me. This has occurred twice now, I'd never go back.

I visited this store a number of times to organise a few sets of suits. When I was equiring, the staff members there were super helpful and just genuine in their approach and attitude. Special shoutout to Matthew who went above and beyond and was the one who organised everything once the process began. Everything went smoothly and he was very friendly and accomodating throughout. 5/5 would recommend.
