After a terrible experience with Freedom Kitchens and there recommended stone supplier we asked around the local area for a recommendation. Lexatonia Tiles recommended Universal Stone at Seven Hills. They told us to talk to Sam and Dana and they were sure we would be ok. Well let me tell you. We approached them in Early Feb 2021 after waiting 4 months for a disorganised Freedom Kitchens. We weren’t spending peanuts for our kitchen so we’re very tight on budget. Sam came to the party more than 30% better on price and 1000% better on service and quality. We had our stone installed in 10 days by master craftsmen who took pride in there trade. Everything fitted like a glove as Sam visited us personally measured and made templates. He spent hours ensuring all our complex angles and twists would be perfect. Then 10 days later Ben arrived with his big smile, great humour and ultra precise workmanship and we had a magnificent masterpiece of stone. We will always be grateful to Universal and Sam and the team for taking what was a very unhappy experience and turning it into our dream.

After undertaking a difficult & stressful renovation it all came together thanks to Universal Stone. Dana was wonderful to deal with & Sam’s expertise was invaluable. The team could not have been more helpful & the job was completed with perfection. They were able to offer specific & relevant advice which helped in achieving a fabulous end result. Dana and Sam were incredibly generous when I came to them with a small and fiddly job left after our kitchen was left unfinished by the cabinet maker. They communicated promptly and did everything they could to solve my problem. A wonderful, customer-focussed family business!
