Worst customer service ever. I bought 2 bottles of coffee, which is still on sale because the due date is by this month at yesterday. However, it was broken and the taste was weird. So, I brought the coffee (One is new, not opened, and another one is opened- I immediately felt weird and asked my friend to confirm the taste, so total 3 drinks) to store on today. I noticed the facts. Surprisingly, staff said that “We cannot do anything.”. And, another staff tasted the new one (unopened coffee) and said that “We don’t know whether the original coffee taste is like that or not.”. Does it mean that “Is it a sparkling coffee” or “I lie the fact because of few dollar.”. Anyway, in the fact that, they didn’t do anything to me.nnI have been there for few years, but I will never visit again. I still cannot understand why they treat me like that. I don’t care about the $4, but “We cannot do anything”.

Arguably the best Asian supermarket in Canberra judged by the stuff they sell.nnIt’d be better if they take Union Pay, given the target customers are mostly Asians. In fact, this is one of the few places that doesn’t take Union Pay. One time, the cashier literally had to refund the money to my credit card after they found out I used union pay, which obviously took a long time to get back to my card. Plus, it was very awkward standing there and waiting for the cashier fumbling with the computers trying to send my money back.

Easily the best grocery in Canberra, has a huge variety of Korean and Japanese stuff. Service is lovely too, very highly recommend.
