Coles Manuka

This Coles is nice and clean. The vegetables were very fresh. The store has a good variety of products for vegetarians.

Just horrendous. Always missing stock that never seems to get refilled. Rude staff, if you can actually find any. Have been sold rancid off meat on more than one occasion. Also gets pretty busy with long queues due to the lack of alternatives in the area (not helped by staff refusing to open more checkouts in busy periods). Worst Coles I’ve been to.

There was a good selection of vegetarian options, but they were challenging to find because they were in three different locations around the store. Vegetarian and vegan eating is also becoming more popular. It’d be a wise business choice to list where these items are on the item finder cards located at the end of each isle.nnThe low rating is because this store, in an area I can’t imagine people stealing trolleys, STILL makes you use a gold coin to use a trolley. It’s 2020, who carries gold coins? Just make them free to use so people who don’t carry coins don’t have to use two baskets and put their backs out in the process.

Perfect location for a super market with underground parking. It's my go-to whenever it's raining :)

Always enjoyable, good quality. But today only one cashier and a long line.
