You only receive a response when you lodge a Complaint and even then there is no attempt to try to rectify the problem. There are so many great Australian companies that value their Customers and pride themselves on their superior Customer Service and Products. Monsterthreads is definitely not one of those companies. Please support the business's that will support you the Customer, not their profit margin.
