Nice clean shop

I Have recently purchased two clutches and two children’s hair Bows! You can tell there is great quality in the products being sold, in which I am happy to spend on quality! I was greeted as I walked in, the staff offered me assistance as I casually walked around seeing what was to offer. The store is very well presented and the staff on this day were very lovely! I will definitely be returning, especially to buy/purchase gifts for loved ones!

I went in to the Rose Bay store today to purchase various items. Unfortunately I dealt with one of the rudest staff members named Manon. I was absolutely horrified with her appalling customer service and unaccommodating behaviour. Safe to say, I will not be shopping here again.

I have dealt with Jane the manager and her assistant, I can't remember her name (sorry). Jane was very helpful with answering all my questions and making me feel confident with my purchase. I often drop in and just enjoy looking at all the lovely items in the ZJOOSH store at Rose Bay.nI missed out on a buy a few weeks ago,my fault for not making a quick decision.Jane convinced me that the item I finally bought is just as beautiful than the one I missed.nThank you to both,nNisa Micallef
