Coles Local Rose Bay

This used to be a regular Coles with the full range of products. Since it turned into Coles Local, the product range has been significantly reduced. Many of the cheaper or more competitively priced product disappeared. The purpose of the change is obviously to increase profitability by offering more restricted and expensive range of items in this affluent area and forcing customers to spend more. As far as I can see, becoming Coles Local produced no benefit at all to consumers, and is simply a dishonest marketing move to increase profitability by reducing distribution costs and increase prices. I will not shop here again.....

Surprisingly efficient going there. Small but had what I wanted and stuff I wanted but didn't need. That's consumerism.

This coles is small, but that's not the problem they are overcharging for cigarettes by ten dollars, and all their prices are excessive across the board. I visited family in Sydney and stopped for cigarettes and couldn't believe the price difference to my coles out west. . I told my brother who always shops there, and when he went to a coles in Bondi Junction he was astonished to find I was right. Oh well I guess you pay more for the convenience and location

A lot of options! Great place! Love it there!

Great place to shop. Clearly shows that updating older buildinhs to meet community needs pays off.
