Looked for unscented pillar candles and asked the staff. A lady called Anna told us no we don't have them, didn't ask anything else or try to help at all. We looked around the shop ourselves and then found exactly the unscented pillar candles we had wanted. Very poor customer service.
Just had the best customer service from Joy this morning in the Wollongong store. What a lovely lady, will be back next week for more candle melts. Thanks for the laughs ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
