Country Road - Wollongong

Unfortunately, customer service is non existing in Wollongong store. After two attempts to spend money there I went to the Shellharbour store where I was served. I have purchased a linen suite, $500 worth, and needed shirts and another pair of pants. Two sales assistants in Wollongong would not even acknowledge that I was there, so I left. Also, on a positive note there was on one occasion a young lady, light hair, wearing glasses who was helpful and called Shellharbour store on my behalf.

Lovely products, but in this store you have got and cold days. Some days I come in and the older women are crankier and quite rude. Today I went in and there was a lovely young lady. But love the shop and the products.
