I asked to have a dress put on hold even though I would not have the time to come in to look at the dress for another four days.nToni without any hesitation helped me to put it to the side until I had time to come down. Great Service!

Toni and her colleague were absolutely amazing!!! They both went above and beyond to get “the dress” for my daughter’s formal. They were quick to order it in and kept us informed of its arrival, we didn’t have to worry about them not getting back to us. Honestly could not recommend them enough, best customer service ever and the dress is to die for!!!! Definitely be shopping at Jam in the future. Thanks again ladies

I’m so happy I found my dress and the staff were really friendly and helpful! They gave me a variety of dresses with different colours and styles to try on so I could get a feel of what I liked. In the end I loved a dress that I never thought I would try on. I liked the fact they take your school name down with the dress you bought so they don’t sell it to another person of the same school and this ensures we don’t have the same colour dress! Very well priced and would definitely recommend them.

Both my daughter and myself went to Jam to find her Yr 12 formal dress. The selection was extensive and reasonably priced. We located her “ dream” dress but was undecided on colour so we came back with my husband to make the final selection. Toni whom served us was extremely tolerant and helpful, making the whole process stress free and enjoyable. We also noticed that records are held - school and dress purchased ( no names) so that the same dress is not sold/ seen at the same formal- this is fantastic. Take your daughters to Jam- we loved it.

I have bought many dresses from Jam over the years. I have always found the service from Toni & her staff second to none. They are very patient & helpful with advise when it comes to choosing a special gown .nI have bought dresses to attend many functions but the most important one was when I was Mother of the Bride ..
