Recently had carpet laid in our 4 bedrooms that we were very happy with, however there was no correspondence about not fixing underlay and carpet to our wardrobes, which was very disappointing.as the carpet is loose and we should have been told about this.nThis was never mentioned during the quotation process at all and quote stated carpet to 4 bedrooms and wardrobes. Best to let customers know about this
