The staff have exceptional service and knowledge! They went above and beyond to help us choose the right floor. We even picked up some bathroom accessories! Great service and competitive pricing in both carpet and bathroom departments! Ps. Our floors look AMAZING!
Initial customer service in the store was good but terrible communication about the requirements for installation. When I raised issues with the installation the manager's immediate response was to yell at me and threaten legal action rather than try and find a solution. I would not recommend them at all.
Excellent Service from walking into the store to having the layers come out and installing our flooring. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff made it quick and easy for us to make a selection and could not be happier. Would recommend to everyone and anyone. A++++++
