I first visited this store around 2 years ago after moving to Wollongong, and I have never had a better retail experience, especially in an activewear store. As someone who is bigger in size I don't always feel comfortable in activewear stores but the staff member made me feel so comfortable, helped me in finding things in my size and catered to the styles that I liked, checked in on me in the changerooms and found new items for me to try on if things just didn't fit right on me; all with absolutely zero judgement or pressure to buy anything. I don't remember the name of the woman who served me but she was an absolute superstar and, whilst I mostly shop online now due to COVID, I know that I am totally welcome in this store and that the staff will truly help me to find products I love!

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an employee named Rebecca who was extremely rude and abrupt. Other staff at this store have always been incredibly helpful but Rebecca needs to be trained in proper customer service. She was not warm or welcoming like the other staff usually are, and did not approach me to offer help when I entered the store so I had to approach her. As I approached her for help, it seemed like I was bothering her and she seemed quite annoyed. It made me feel very uncomfortable.

Staff were absolutely wonderful in helping me pick a variety of active wear. The material is so soft and I left the shop with quite a few items. Great service and products!
