General Pants Co.

I’ve been to a lot of General Pants stores and used to work for them in Sydney. This is by far the poorest customer service I’ve ever received from any of them. Nobody said hello, I asked to try on something and the manager who I happened to ask looked inconvenienced by my question. I tried on heaps of clothes but still no acknowledgement.nI need a whole new wardrobe because I lost heaps of weight but chose to go elsewhere. Basically a self service experience. They’re there to make sure you pay.

Popped into this store today after having visited all other stores in Wollongong Central.nMy daughter needed Vans for school, the service we received from a young staff member was outstanding.nnHe was very patient and attentive to our needs. I really hate buying shoes for my girls it's such a stress for me, his friendly and calming approach was most helpful.nnThank you Thomas keep up the great work.

Loved our visit. Turned up got served well. Really happy with our experience. We even bought some stuff that was even cheaper than we could find it on eBay. Score!!

Went to grab some Jeans on Sunday. I was served by a lovely store clerk named Katie, who found me the perfect pair of jeans. I don't think I've ever left a store so satisfied, thanks Katie!

Staff were very good on the day I went with my teenage daughter. They took time with her and were very patient. Clothing a bit pricey but pretty good quality. However as long as my girls wear what I buy them it's all good.
