One star is too many. Do not purchase online from this store unless you are 100% certain you are purchasing the item you require. We recently stupidly purchased a digital lock online ( $319) that we had not actually seen and when it arrived we were disappointed that it was too large and completely wrong for our door. We hadn't checked their returns policy because we hadn't expected to return the lock and when we did check we were astonished to see they charge a 25% restocking fee on returned items. We called to explain the situation and spoke with Brian who was sympathetic and said they don't always apply the full fee, that it was negotiable and up to Sandeep's discretion and he (Brian) suggested that we return the lock and send an email explaining our situation and that he would pass it onto Sandeep. We did both and paid over $25 for postage with signature and tracking. We tracked the item and didn't hear anything but knew they had received it. After further phone calls and emails we were told Lakshmi was reviewing the matter and would issue the refund which she did minus the restocking fee. of $79.75.

I bought over $200 of locks online; the product was poor quality and faulty. They tried to tell me it was too late to return, they tried to tell me it was the manufacturers responsibility. I had to challenge them via Paypal, who ruled against them. Don't trust them.

Asked about an old style mortise lock, couldn’t provide and suggestion on replacement or solution. Just told me to check on the website. Then why should I come all the way from home?
